Tiny Tots Classroom for One- to Two-Year-Olds

We provide a wide range of opportunities for play and exploration in our tiny tot classroom. We aim to capture the creative, curious minds of one-year-olds. Sensory learning is a rich, rewarding experience for children. This age enjoys participating in visual arts, especially if they can smear or glide the medium! Our tiny students are learning to communicate their needs with beginning words and sounds, but also continue learning sign language. You’ll find carefully selected equipment that our newest walkers love to climb on, crawl through and hide in while stretching their gross motor skills. Our staff pays close attention to all aspects of your child’s development. Each day, we make sure our tiny tots get plenty of group play and outdoor time. In group time we read books that are suited to our age group. We talk about our day, how we feel and what it means to be together in our bright and warm classroom. Our tinies are fascinated when introduced to a new classroom curriculum each day! We enjoy our outdoor playtime and seeing the beautiful new nature experiences outside too. Our weekly themes consist of exploring our homes, families, pets, animals, and more! Singing and playing our days away is what makes our room so special!
